Requirements Before Scheduling:
To schedule remote commissioning the site host must have a completed a Loop network access agreement and uploaded Electronic Funds Transfer details in our secure Loop Portal.

Please ensure all steps are completed
to avoid cancellation of your booking.
Commissioning Checklist:
For replacement SIM cards or QR stickers, email support@loopglobal.com.
Serial numbers for each charger
NAP installed on-site or SIM card(s) in each charger
QR code stickers on the front of each charger
