Activation, made simple.

One form. Everything Loop needs to verify your installation and bring your chargers online. Most sites activate remotely, with no scheduled call and no return visit.

Connectivity

How the chargers reach the network. This drives which photos we need, so the fields below change with your answer.

Confirm whether a Network Access Package (NAP) has been installed on site, and / or a SIM card has been installed in the charging station.*

Connectivity has to be in place before Loop can activate. You can still submit, and a Loop Activate technician will reach out to work through options with you.

Required Photos

Every photo Loop needs for your submission, in one place. Review the checklist, then upload however is easiest — multiple photos at once, a single file, or a link to where they're already stored.

  • Chargers— serial tag, faceplate QR, and charger interior, for every unit, shot together in order.
  • EV-Focus™  (If commissioning with Digital Advertising)— installed display, screen powered on if possible.
  • Connectivity— If NAP installed: NAP enclosure location, NAP enclosure opened, auxiliary antenna location, and router serial label. If SIM installed: Environmental Photos.
  • Electrical panel— main panel with cover off and breakers visible, and the panel legend or directory.
  • Sub panel (If applicable).
How will you send these photos?*

Two ways are available — check off every one you're using (at least one is required).

Google Drive, Dropbox, or SharePoint — set to "anyone with the link can view."

Confirm each of these is true right now. These are the conditions that let Loop activate without a call.

Confirm all five items before submitting.

Submitting creates a Loop Activate case and puts it in the review queue. No scheduling link is issued at this step.
